Retail Rental Agreement

Lutz Partner Rechtsanwälte AG advised and negotiated a long-term lease for a new location for an internationally known retail company, whereby the property to be rented had not yet been built at the time of the conclusion of the contract. The lease agreement was based on an LOI that had also been concluded with the assistance of Lutz Partner Rechtsanwälte AG. The advice and negotiations covered topics such as the scope and design of the basic and tenant fit-out, an interface paper, staggered and indexed rent, true options, the scope and bearing of accessory charges and upkeep, conditions leading to termination, extraordinary termination rights and a non-competition clause. The lease agreement was successfully concluded.
