Retail Site Transfer Support

Lutz Partner Rechtsanwälte AG had the opportunity to comprehensively support a major Swiss retail company in the contractual implementation of the transfer of several business locations. The transaction involved the drafting and negotiation of various agreements (lease agreement, employee transfer agreement), as well as legal support through to the signing by all parties involved.

In close cooperation with the company’s management, forward-looking solutions were developed for all stakeholders and successfully implemented within an ambitious timeframe. Following internal and external communications and information events for the affected employees, the projects have now been officially completed.
